GREASE TRAP CLEANING

Don’t run the risk of having to shut your doors for a few days to fix a SMELLY OVERFLOWING GREASE TRAP!
Local councils have started to monitor grease trap and dux convertor cleaning and now insist on regular cleaning programmes being put in place. Regular correct cleaning of your grease trap/dux convertor is not just for compliance, but will save you money in the long-run! We recommend that you clean them once every 1 to 3 months. If you wait too long you risk damaging them, which can result in messy overflows.

How melting down unwanted stock can TURN YOUR WASTE INTO A REUSABLE RESOURCE!
Unwanted fat is an underutilised market and for years people who have been getting rid of it have been tipping $$$$ down the drain. We have invested in upgrading our tallow plant and equipment to help our clients’ get a return on their waste. PRODUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE

Is your companies waste management COMPLIANT WITH COUNCIL REQUIREMENTS?
Council authorities are cracking down on incorrect liquid waste disposal with the introduction of compliance monitoring and auditing. Primary production sites require regular maintenance cleaning to remove their build up of wastes from their stormwater and drainage systems. This eliminates or minimises the risk of blockages to their drainage systems.

STORM WATER DRAINS/SUMPS

When was the last time you HAD YOUR SYSTEM CLEANED OUT?
You would be amazed how much dirt and sand a storm/wastewater drainage system can collect in a short period of time. We have a client where we remove 15 tonnes of sand/silt a month from one large catchment chamber that is only a part of their entire waste/storm water drainage system. If they didn’t get someone to clean out this chamber regularly, they know that they would be introducing 15 tonnes of sand/silt into their drainage system every month!

DREDGING

Do you have a POND OR LAGOON THAT NEEDS PUMPING BUT DON’T WANT TO DRAIN IT?
Over time ponds and lagoons build up a large quantity of sludge and slurry on the bottom.Bains have a purpose built self propelled dredge that is specifically designed to be able to remove waste without emptying the pond or lagoon, meaning you don’t need to shut down a site whilst dredging.

COW SHED SUMPS & 2 DAY RETENTION SUMPS

Do you how much waste your SUMP’S BUILD UP WHEN YOU HOSE DOWN YOUR YARD?

Most dairy farms have either a two day retention sump or a smaller sump near their cowshed which both collects the run off and washing from the dairy shed and yard. Most have pumps that transfer the waste water to a pond or spray irrigator. During the season, the build up of silt, sand and stones brought onto the yard normally by the cows feet builds up in the pump chamber.
