Having a record of your waste not only helps you get peace of mind that your waste is being disposed of correctly but can also be very helpful for future budgeting.

At Bain’s we use a Waste Tracking system which is a historic database of all waste collected, and a detailed list of where it was collected from. Our records allow us to at anytime produce a complete paper trail of all waste collected and track it from its initially location through to its disposal site, as well as the date, time, operator and even the individual trucks identification number.

This database is very valuable to our customers as it not only gives them the peace of mind that there waste is being disposed of correctly, but also allows them to get a full run down of past work when budgeting for the next year. Having this system in place is a very useful tool to us as it allows us to track and monitor every type of waste including production company waste, storm water drains, grease traps and septic tank waste. Our system is also a very valuable insurance policy for our customers as it makes us accountable for all the work we do.
