“We have been dealing with Bain’s for about 25 years - as long as they have been in business! We have always used them to get our Grease trap cleaned.

Wally_Smith_2_1_1.JPGThey are always there when you need them and provide a fast, efficient and friendly service. In addition to this, they always leave the premise as they found it and have been great to deal with over the years.

It is because of this great service that we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

a GREASE TRAP……

Grease_Trap_Diagram.jpg

Key Considersations when cleaning a GREASE TRAP
  1. Grease Traps are located outside your premises. We like to service & clean them between 5am and 8am to ensure all odours have gone by the time you open your doors.

  2. Regular cleaning ensures only water goes into the council sewer therefore avoiding costly and inconvenient blockages.

  3. Both lids need to be removed to make sure the grease trap is entirely cleaned out.

  4. Infrequent cleaning allows fat and sediment to build up and even block off the waste flow from your premise. Resulting in messy flooding in your premises and a health hazard.

or a DUX CONVERTOR……

Dux_Convertor_Diagram.jpg

Key Considersations when cleaning a DUX CONVERTOR
  1. The smaller lid doesn’t need to be removed as it is only for inspection.

  2. Infrequent cleaning allows fat and sediment to build up and even block off the waste flow. Resulting in messy flooding in your premises and a health hazard.

  3. The larger lid which covers most of the top of the converter needs to be un-screwed and removed to clean out the converter properly.

  4. Dux Convertors require a Dosing system to keep them working properly. Even with a Dosing system a converter needs regular cleaning to remove fats and sediments.

4 things many people don’t know about their GREASE TRAPS/DUX CONVERTORS!

Depending on your location disposal costs and requirements fluctuate quite a lot. In addition to this, disposal companies can’t simply disposal of waste where they want. All disposal companies must pass an internal audit with local councils in order to ensure the correct procedures and requirements are adhered to.

3. Most of the time the lid for your Grease Trap is on the footpath next to your business.

Due to the location of your Grease Trap and the smell etc we clean all our traps between 5am and 8am. This means we won’t be onsite in your peak trading hours and you won’t be turning customers away as a result. In addition to this we take extreme pride in our workmanship and insist on leaving your property how we found it.

4. Regular cleaning of your Grease Trap and correctly is not just for compliance, but will save your money in the long-run!

damaging the trap and messy overflows. This can cost you up to $2000 to replace your grease trap not to
mention shutting down trading for a few to fix or replace it.
