Do you have any idea where your waste ends up?
Having a record of your waste not only helps you get peace of mind that your waste is being disposed of correctly but can also be very helpful for future budgeting.

At Bains we use a waste tracking system which is a historic database of all waste collected and a detailed list of where it was collected from.
Our records allow us to at anytime produce a complete paper trail of all waste cp_2.jpgollected and track it from its initial location through to its disposal site, as well as the date, time, operator and even the individual truck identification number.

"Bain’s are a hard-as working team who can never do enough for you"

We have a tank that is hard to get to, so they always use long hoses in order not to damage our lawn, and they always try to leave the property how it was as much as possible.

Testimonials

Here's what some of our customers have
to say about us!

“We have been dealing with Bains for about 25 years - as long as they have been in business! We have always used them to get our Grease trap cleaned.

They are always there when you need them and provide a fast, efficient and friendly service. In addition to this, they always leave the premise as they found it and have been great to deal with over the years.

It is because of this great service that we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

Wally Smith,
Mobile Butcher

"Cleaning a septic tank is something you normally don’t like to deal with and often ignore, but Bain’s have always been great at taking this hassle away.

They are always on time and are always prepared when they get here.
In addition to this, they often leave the site so clean that I can’t tell they have even been to clean the tank.”

Sue Van der Poel,

“Bains liquid disposal would be in my opinion a market leader for service, professionalism, and dependability within the waste management arena. One
Saturday morning in 2007 I called for 2 trucks to respond urgently to a major incident at the Te Kuiti Site.

The willingness to help and urgency they showed in responding to the site pro
ved invaluable to the clean up effort. I believe the company and community can be very thankful for their effort.

The incident proved to be larger than first thought. It required a 14 day, 24hour operation. Bains rescheduled their workload to accommodate our disaster. At the peak 9 suction trucks and 5 trailer tanker units along with numerous other heavy machinery items (not all Bains units) were involved. The organisation, co ordination and recording of truck movements were all handled by Bains.

This again showed their ability to perform and deliver the outcomes required in a critical situation. Their communication and following of instructions were faultless. I have been very fortunate finding such a company locally that simply ''can do what they say they do''.

WHO ARE BAIN'S?
p_3_big.jpg After 25 years worth of family and company history the team refused to ‘roll over and die’ after a fire burnt down their entire premise in June 2006.

Bains was founded in 1950 when it operated as Adams Septic Tank Services. In 1983 Bains bought the business off the Adams. The Bains and Adams grandfathers fought together in World War 2. Bruce Bain, his wife Christine and cousin Donna Fleming and husband Brian own the business.
